Weird Tales, April, 1925. Featuring cover story—WHEN THE GREEN STAR WANED— "Evil beings from the dark side of the Moun attack Aerth", by Nictzin Dyalhis; also most notably, DEAF, DUMB and BLIND, by C.M. Eddy, R., revised by H.P. Lovecraft, makes its first appearance. Also contains THE WIND THAT TRAMPS THE WORLD by Frank Owen, and INVADERS FROM THE DARK, part 1, by Greye LaSpina. Very good interior paper, slightly soiled covers, 1/2 the spine was missing, then reconstructed. Overall rating Good to good +, would be v.g., but for the spine. The 1925 issues are just as difficult as 1923-24.
